“Early Modern Theatre Practices & the Digital Archive: The Comédie Française Registers Project (1680-1793)“, conference co-sponsored by Harvard and MIT.

At this meeting, which was convened to discuss further applications for outputs created by a different DH project related to ancien régime French theatre, Françoise Rubellin and Jeff Leichman first discussed a possible collaboration around a “video game” based on eighteenth-century Fair theatre. Following this meeting, the NEH Digitial Humanities Advancement Grant – Phase I application was written by Jeff Leichman and Françoise Rubellin, submitted in January 2017.
